Talisman Programs offer summer camps and semester length programs for children 8-21 with learning disabilities, ADD and ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, and high functioning Autism. Talisman has been offering summer camp experiences for children since 1980 and is ACA accredited. Talisman's summer camps provide parents with unique alternatives to ordinary summer camps and offer children with special needs a summer full of fun, adventure, and new learning experiences.

In addition to our summer camps, we have semester length academic programs. Our learning disability schools are geared to help students ages 13 - 17 who have been diagnosed with special needs such as Asperger's Syndrome, high-functioning Autism, and similar Autism Spectrum disorders.

A personal relationship.With our limited enrollment Talisman is able to maintain close personal contact with families from the admissions process, throughout the summer and on into the school year. Campers develop meaningful bonds with their counselors and parents are kept informed by weekly phone contact and a written summary at the end of the summer. Many campers build on those relationships by returning year after year, strengthening our community as they grow from it.
